Helping Others

I was talking with somebody. Again, the same person as in a few blog posts ago.

They told me that my idea of going back to 42 Paris to be able to meet people was stupid.

They told me I should create content instead.

I realized that creating content has gotten me a long way already…

My few blog posts landed me a few interesting people in my emails even though they were not really that advanced.

Same with helping out on Discord.

So, I think that the best way to go about making connections is to help out people with my area of expertise.

Some techniques I could try

• Block 30 minutes some days to help people on Discord
• Write a blog post about an antibot that I’m currently reverse-engineering

I could do that easily, because it’s actually fun. It won’t be forced, because I’ll be enjoying it.

In short: just write blog posts and hang out on Discord.

I should create a new website to do this. … did it!
