I have been issues with anger somehow, which I kind of didn’t expect?

I could see them develop over the course of my life, slowly but surely.

I started learning CBT with the book “Mind over mood”. It’s already showing some promising results!

The basic idea is that you debug what happens right before you get angry and figure out alternative beliefs to the one causing the anger, which you then purposefuly test and reinforce. Well, that’s my interpretation.

There’s definitely a ton of work to do.

Something interesting: I’d rather do it myself than seeing a therapist, even if it’s 2x harder and takes 2x the times, because I like being independant, and don’t like to talk about my problems too much.
